The Valuation Business is governed by Law in terms of the Valuers Act (Chapter 27:18). In essence, only those Valuers registered with the Valuers Council are permitted to Value Property for Reward, and the scale of fees was gazetted in 2015; Statutory Instrument 112 of 2015.
Our Valuation officers are all registered with the Valuers Council, the Real Estate Council and the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe. They have considerable experience in all facets of Valuation including;
Commercial, Industrial and residential properties
Farms and farm equipment
Valuations for renting, rating and expropriation purposes
Fire insurance valuations
Valuations for death duties.
